offers a complete range of data recovery options. Our EasyRecovery™
software and Remote Data Recovery™, services are practical
but do not constitute a solution to all cases of data loss (specially
those related to hardware anomalies).
In these cases it would be necessary
to send the damaged unit or storage appliance to one of our laboratories
so our experts can establish the necessary action to take to recover
the data.
eb-spain would
return the data in the preferred storage medium. The majority
of these data recovery operations would be done within 3 days
– the fastest results in the sector.

Process |
The user should contact eb-spain via
fax or the website. Meanwhile a representative of the recovery service
will gather information about the problem.
What should I do when they contact
me?
The client should pack the defective units to be sent to one of
our international laboratories.
Once the units have been received, a diagnosis is carried out and
the results sent to the client. If the client wishes to recover
the available information, the relevant repairs are carried out.
The recovered data is copied on to a CD or backup copy and sent
to the client.
