Other characteristics
The basic connection does not include
Firewall, although maximum security is guaranteed. The Firewall
service can be contracted.
The client administers their equipment
either by remote or in our installations on request. It is also
possible to contract eb-spain technicians to administer the
platform. |

| Backup services |
eb-spain can take responsibility for the programmed
backups for those clients which who request it. It is necessary to
install the adequate software and configure it according to the chosen
backup plan.
If it is necessary to recuperate the data, the client will contact
eb-spain to request the recuperation of the backup. This will be done
in the shortest possible time.

| Backup Planes |
 All
the plans take into account doing incremental daily backups (only
copying modified information), and a complete backup (copying all
the information). Each plan includes a fixed storage capacity on tape
and a number of recuperations included in the price. Any additional
recuperation should be paid at the rates in force.
The information stored in the backups can be recuperated up to 45
days after making the copy, unless otherwise contracted.

If the client has their own backup system,
it is possible to contract the substitution of the tapes and their
storage from eb-spain. If data is lost, the client should contact
eb-spain and indicate the tape to be introduced to recuperate the
data.
